> Cleaning
We offer cleaning services after check in, and also have provided basic cleaning tools in the home for guests to use and keep the apartment clean.

We have a full size refrigerator, induction, cutlery, crockery and basic cooking utensils to prepare meals. Also, basic cooking ingredients are provided (oil, salt and pepper). Small grocery stores and vegetable stores are available within a 5 minute walk.
>Work from Home: Stay productive with our high-speed 100 MBPS internet connection, making your workcation seamless. The mobile network inside the apartment also works well for your daily needs.
>Pool (shared) : Enjoy a dip in the shared pool, to cool down after a long day or simply to escape the sun, and relax with your partner, at no extra costs.

Guest access
This beautiful 1BHK with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and washroom is located on the first floor. There is access to an elevator.
In our gated complex, we have a club house, and you can enjoy a game of chess, or take a dip in the pool. Alternatively, we strongly recommend going to the beach for an early morning run or doing yoga / meditation. Let us know if you need a yoga mat. If you are lucky, you get to haggle with the fisherman for the day's catch too.

No loud volume or big parties allowed at the premises.
FREE covered, private parking inside the premises is available.
