Enjoy a two bedroom condo with a very well stocked kitchen while visiting the Moab area. Each bedroom has it's own king size luxury bed and ensuite bathroom. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes south of downtown Moab with amazing views of the Moab rim out front and flat pass out back. We also have a great community center with a pool, hot tub, playground, tennis court and basketball stands just a 1 minute walk from our front door.
The space
Our place can sleep up to 8 guests. Your options for food are endless. Have a pizza delivered and enjoy it on one of our two patios. Whip up something fancy in our well stocked kitchen that provides all of the cooking ware, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups and eating utensils. Take a stroll at night through the neighborhood complex and enjoy Moab's famous dark skies and bright stars.
If you are bringing mountain bikes, hiking or rock climbing gear, we have a wonderful entry storage space for you. Keep your adventure items safe by storing them in our place while you are away.
BEDROOMS:
- The 2 bedrooms are both considered master bedrooms. They both have their own attached bathroom. Each room contain a king size bed, dresser, closet and TV.
BATHROOMS:
- Each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a sink, a tub or shower and a toilet.
- There is a half bath off of the kitchen area that has a sink and toilet.
OTHER BEDDING:
- We have 2 pullout bed sofas that are roughly queen size.
- We also have a single rollaway bed located in the upstairs bedroom closet that can be used just about anywhere in the house that can sleep 1.
LIVING ROOM:
- We have an open space living room with 2 pullout bed couches and a large flat screen smart TV.
WORKSPACE
- We have a dedicated workspace in the main living area. This desk can be raised or lowered (standing desk)
- We provide high speed WiFi internet that is capable of streaming Netflix or handling Zoom calls.
KITCHEN:
- Our extremely well stocked kitchen can handle just about any of your cooking needs.
Kitchen items include a coffee maker, spice rack, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking knives, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and measuring cups.
- The kitchen also includes a gas stove and cooktop, dish washer, microwave and refrigerator.
DINING:
- We have a dedicated dining space that has a table and chairs with seating for 6.
- We also have a bar area with 4 bar stools you can use for quick eating space.
LAUNDRY:
- We have a washer and dryer that is available for your use at the top of the stairs. We do provide packets of laundry soap for your stay if you need to do a wash or 2.
PATIO:
- We have patio dining with an outdoor table and seating for 6.
- We have a natural gas BBQ grill that can be used for some burgers, steaks or other BBQ items.
PARKING:
- We have 2 dedicated parking spaces right in front of our unit
- Large trailers and trucks can be parked on Red Valley Circle or Village Drive which are the nearby access roads for the subdivision.
POOL/HOT TUB:
- The pool is very convenient from our house. Head out the front door, walk across the cul de sac and take a left at the #10 units and the pool complex will be right there.
- The community facility contains 2 pools that are heated.
- There is a single hot tub that can fit 10 people.
- There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables.
- For the kids, there is a nice playground with a slide and swings.
- Finally, there is a full tennis court with basketball hoops.
- We provide pool towels for use on your vacation.
Guest access
While staying at our place, you will have full access to the entire condominium. With a living room, dining area, kitchen, two and a half baths and two good sized bedrooms, you will have room to spread out and enjoy your vacation.
In addition to the living area, a short walk away you have access to a pavilion, kids playground, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and basketball court.
Other things to note
Our property is two levels. The upstairs contains the bedrooms while the downstairs contains the kitchen and main living room areas. If you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the vacation property for you.
