Perfect for friends and families. Tucked away on its own 9-acre private mountain land with stream access yet less than 2 miles to Devil's Backbone brewery and Bold Rock. Sip morning coffee on the generous screened porch or talk into the night around the fire pit. Custom kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Linens, towels, paper products, coffee, tea, spices, etc. provided. Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, App. Trail, Wintergreen Resort and Spa, Nelson 151 trail. Gas fireplace. 1G WiFi & SMART TV.
The space
3 bedroom/2 bath new construction home with upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances. Completely stocked with spices and necessary utensils to cook that special meal or entertain family and friends. Two master bedrooms each with queen beds and separate bathroom access. Queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel memory foam mattress. Sturdy, safe, bunk beds with a third trundle are perfect for both kids and adults ( stairs to top bunk, no ladder!) Places to gather around the kitchen island, in the living room, on the spacious screened-in porch, at the picnic area, or around the fire pit. Dry wood, kindling, and fire starter provided. Also, designed with relaxation and quiet conversation in mind. Find your personal space at the bistro table on the back deck, at the outdoor garden, in the den, or swinging on a double hammock. Easy to use propane fireplace with remote to create the perfect ambiance for cozy fall and winter nights. Dedicated workspace for remote workers.

Cottage is in a rural area of Nelson County Virginia. Elevated on its own mountain hillock up a half mile long, paved driveway tucked into the woods. The drive in passes orchards, cow and horse pastures on a quiet country lane.
