The space
The newly completed 2-Storey Townhouse at La Priscilla Homes is ideal for those looking for a quite and relaxing accomodation in Bohol.
It is 9 minutes drive to famous Hinagdanan Cave and Bohol Bee Farm, 12 minutes drive to Panglao International Airport, nearby Alona Beach and 10 minutes drive to other renowned beautiful white sand beaches in Panglao Island, Bohol. It is 13 minutes drive to downtown, Tagbilaran City.
Guests will rent the entire place and has 2 private bedrooms, private kitchen, private living and dining areas, ample space parking.
It is provided with newly installed water tanks to avoid water supply interruption.
Public transport is available to/from the Highway at a couple of minutes interval.
The location does not have direct access to public transport you need to set up or select your method of moving around the Island.
1. TOURIST VAN: You need to rent a van if you are on tour I can refer you to someone.
2. SELF DRIVE CAR: I can refer you to someone who owns a self drive car for rent.
3. SELF DRIVE MOTOR: I can refer you to someone who owns a motor for rent.
Guest access
Guest will rent the entire house provided with the following:
Fast and unlimited access of internet/wifi.
Kitchen bar with all necessary utensils, refrigerator, rice cooker, induction cooker with rangehood exhaust and other cooking facilities.
2 Spacious Bedrooms;
Rooms are cozy and quite places.
• Master Bedroom: Equipped with a split-type air conditioner for direct and efficient cooling.
• Bedroom 2: Utilizes an air circulation fan for basic air movement, and an exhaust fan connected to the master bedroom. This suggests that the second bedroom relies on air drawn from the master bedroom for ventilation.
Living room is provided with Smart TV where
YouTube is always available and a split-type air conditioner for cooling the main living area.
1 Toilet & Bath with quality fixtures in the ground floor.
The entire house is fully equipped with lockable windows and screens.
CLEANLINESS: Please maintain a clean place during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid-stay housekeeping for an additional fee, please let us know!
PETS: For those who are bringing 1 pet, they are allowed to stay with a fee of Php 2,500.00 and are only allowed on the 1st floor area. They need to be trained enough to poo and pee outside the townhouse. If they will destroy some items, we will need to charge for the replacement of the item itself, and if they poo and pee inside, we will charge for extra cleaning too.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a Fully Furnished 2-Storey Townhouse, not a Hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP and help you 24/7 with any of your needs.
The townhouse is near the famous beaches and resorts. If you need a car or motorcycle to use, please let us know, as we have contacts who will provide these services. There are ample parking spaces near or in front of the house.
