The space
This is a pristine 24 sqm one-bedroom condominium unit with a balcony, thoughtfully crafted and adorned with premium interior finishes, located at SMDC Lush Residences. The space offers a range of amenities, including board games, access to popular streaming services like Netflix, HBO Go, and Disney+, a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, rice cooker, and dinnerware), and a serene outdoor area. It provides an ideal environment for both relaxation and entertainment, all in a tastefully designed setting.

The unit features a queen-sized bed with a high-quality and comfortable mattress, a duvet, and a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. You'll also find a 43” SMART TV, Wi-Fi access, a digital smart lock for security (Unique code each guests), and a hot & cold shower for added convenience.
