1.) If you need cleaning during your stay, a fee of PHP 1,000.00 will be required. This cleaning will include changing of bedsheets, towels, pillowcases, tissue, toilet paper and basic cleaning of the whole unit. Kindly schedule at least 24 hours prior to cleaning. Same-day scheduling of cleaning will not be entertained.

2.) Swimming pool:
- First Three (3) registered guests are free.
- Excess: 500.00/head.
- Open Tuesday to Friday (excluding Holidays); 6AM - 10PM

3.) GYM: Exclusive for Tenants/ Homeowners ONLY. Not Allowed for Guest use.

4.) Basketball/Badminton Court:
- Day: 100/hour
- Night: 200/hour
- Advance booking required

Other things to note
1.) Cooking essentials like oil, salt, pepper, other condiments, etc. are NOT PROVIDED.
2.) Amenities are CLOSED every MONDAY for maintenance.
3.) There is a Garbage/ refuse room on the same floor- Northwing side. (Do not leave your trash outside of the door.)
4.) STRICTLY NO SMOKING of any kind (Fine: PHP 10,000.00)
