• Beach Wagon to assist with carrying items to the dock and around the yard

• Large driveway can accommodate 9 vehicles or a few vehicles with trailers.
• A long section of the driveway is shared with the neighbor, but the houses are 1,000 feet apart, so it still feels private.

• Under 10 minutes to downtown Nisswa for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Conveniently located in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, perfect for exploring local attractions year-round.
• Just 10 - 15 minutes from Whitefish chain of lakes or Gull lake chain of lakes
• Just 20 minutes to Crosby for hiking, biking and coffee & more

Everything that is unlocked. Locked areas include "little garage" , Pole Shed, Crawl Space, Mechanical Room.

- Use hot tub at your own risk. By booking you are agreeing to hot tub rules and waiving owner of all liability for accidents or injuries .
- Up to $500 fine if hot tub needs unscheduled drain & fill
- No Pets or Animals Allowed , $1000 fine.
- No smoking inside property or in/near hot tub, $1000 fine
- Responsible bachelor/ bachelorette OK
- Must be 25 years of age or older to book
- Photo ID may be requested upon booking for reservation to be fully approved .
- No exceeding max occupancy - Please reserve for accurate number of people
- Please observe city ordained quiet hours
- Exterior Security cameras are on the property for safety
