The space
This ground-floor apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a comfortable full-size bed, wardrobe space and blackout blinds for restful sleep.

The open-plan living area includes a full-size sofa bed, dining table and smart IPTV for streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware and utensils.

This can be your home away from home — fully equipped with everything you need, except groceries. Grocery stocking can be arranged upon request.
A minimum 10-night stay is required during the Carnival period (early February).
Please note:
– One parallel parking space is available inside the gated compound; additional parking is available on the Queen’s Park Savannah opposite.
– The apartment is located on the ground floor.
– No parties or events allowed.
– Quiet hours: 10pm – 6am.
