Best location in town, right in the middle of plenty of restaurants, tapas bars, and coffee shops in the historical center. Fully renovated 4-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with lift and balcony. The apartment is on the first floor with a large and fully equipped kitchen. The fine sandy beach is within just 15 minutes of walking distance on the riverside promenade with stands, bars, and restaurants. Covered cheap "Puerto Parking" is just 150 m away. Boat stand to Cadiz is only 500 from apartment.

In the town, we have 16 km of fine sandy beaches! From the biggest one, Valdelagrana, which is 6 km wide and usually calm, to the small and secluded ones. We can do surfing and kitesurfing here, fishing, we have the marina Puerto Sherry, where you can rent a boat. In playa Santa Catalina you can rent all kinds of water sports equipment and enjoy also the floating water castle with slides. Also, we have a water park Aqualand in town.
Just 20 minutes over the bay there is the famous Cádiz city, the oldest permanently inhabited city in the whole of Europe. 10 km north of us there is the unbelievable historical city Jerez de la Frontera, where flamenco was born, besides tons of other attractions.
Fascinating Sanlucar de Barnameda is just 20 km away. This town is famous for its cuisine, beautiful beach, and also the entrance to the Doñana National Park with a biodiversity that is unique in Europe.
Chipiona, 20 km from us is a small beach town with a unique atmosphere and with an interesting rocky beach too.
Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sedonia, Arcos de la Frontera, Olvera, Ronda...
And many many other attractions, towns, and villages are spread everywhere around. I am ever-fascinated by this piece of heaven we live in. Come to visit here, you are welcome!
