The Residential has a recreation area for residents , has a swimming pool and games for children .

USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is suitable for the comfort of 4 adult guests, so only a 5th guest is allowed sleeping in the accommodation with an additional cost of $20.00 per person per night , which must be informed to the Airbnb administrator and made the respective payment in the app at the time of booking.

VISITS and PARTIES
It is allowed during the day visits of family and friends to the accommodation , but parties with excessive noise are not allowed due to the residential rules.
