The property is located along a dirt road for the final ten minutes of the drive. Standard vehicles can access the road, but guests should drive slowly and carefully around rocks and uneven areas.

The private plumbed outhouse provides a convenient restroom, while the detached Sky Shower offers hot water and an open air bathing experience surrounded by the desert landscape.

The custom heart shaped deck is the centerpiece of the outdoor space, with a cowboy pool and hot tub for relaxing throughout the day.

The expansive yard also features outdoor dining, comfortable seating, a propane BBQ grill, a wood burning fire pit, and multiple areas for sunbathing and spending time together. At night, minimal light pollution creates exceptional conditions for stargazing.
