The space
Fully furnished air conditioned 1 BR unit Queen Bed, 1 Bathroom & Toilet, Cosy Living Room with 1 Sofa Bed, Kitchen, Dining table for 4, Study Area, Balcony facing amenities, Fast WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, Refrigerator, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, Dining and cookware sets, Washing Machine Shower Heater, Smartlock.
We change bed sheets, linens and towels every guest stay. We regularly fumigate the place for Pest Control treatment and in accordance with the building management requirements. We do our best to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of our space.
For the safety of all guests, we do not provide IRON due to past instances of guests forgetting to turn them off.
Please note that beyond the provided amenities, beddings, housewares, and kitchenware, any other requests will not be accommodated by the hosts. We offer only what is currently available in the unit. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for any additional necessities during their stay.

The unit has Smartlock access- further instruction will be advised prior to check in day.
Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST:
Php 200 per hour is chargeable for early check-in/late check-out request subject to availability.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The following security deposit amounts are applicable based on the duration of your stay.
> 1-6 nights: Php 1000
> 7-13 nights: Php 2000
> 14-21 nights: Php 3000
> 22-30 nights: Php 5000
> For stays longer than 30 nights the security deposit amount will be agreed upon separately.
Security Deposit can be paid in Cash upon check-in/Bank Transfer/GCASH and refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
POOL
Opens 6AM-6PM
Short term tenants will need to purchase pool voucher from Admin Office:
Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM; Sat 9AM-12NN. Closed on Sundays and Holidays
Php 150 /swimmer/day (Php 300 if holiday). Max 4 vouchers/day
Pool Vouchers are non-refundable but no expiry date.
Use proper swimming attire. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Free pool access for registered long term tenants (minimum 30 days stay).

GYM
The gym is available exclusively for registered long term tenants (minimum 30 days stay). Please be aware that access is subject to building management approval and may involve additional fees. If you require gym access, please inform us before your arrival.
