Beautifully appointed, quiet, and private 2-br, 1.5 bath guest house on one floor, just 10 minutes from downtown Aiken. Minutes to Aiken's famous Horse District and Historic District, The Hitchcock Woods, Bruce's Field, Hopelands Gardens, Rye Patch, The Aiken Center for the Arts, and The Alley. Masters week, inquire about the main house and the guest house. Both houses comfortably accommodate 15 guests. Includes 7 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) and a couch and air mattress w 6 baths.
The space
The property can accommodate up to 8 horses short-term, with 6 dry stalls and paddocks available for self-care. Horses are $35/night/horse or $350/month. The entire property is fenced with with 3-board fencing and a gated entry. For stays over one month, additional cleanings will be provided every 30 days upon request. For shorter stays, additional cleanings can be provided at your request for an additional $80/cleaning at guest's expense.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, vapes, juuls, etc.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the guest house and the yard. You are welcome to walk the property and meet its many residents (horses, dogs, cats, and chickens). All we ask is that you don’t feed any of the animals without permission. There is also an empty lot next door owned by the neighboring church. We do have permission to use the ball field and walk their trails.
Other things to note
One friendly, well-mannered, house trained dog or cat is welcome with a $25 non refundable pet deposit. Additional pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. Guest is responsible for any damage done by their pet. Please communicate that you would like to bring more than one pet before making your reservation. Please note that while the yard is fenced for large animals (horses), the yard is not fenced to contain dogs. It is highly recommended that your animal remain on a leash at all times outdoors.
Up to 6 dry stalls and paddocks available for an additional $40/horse/night or $400/month.
We are on well and septic. NOTHING can be flushed except toilet paper. Do NOT flush feminine products, “flushable wipes,” baby wipes, paper towels, napkins, etc. Any plumbing emergencies due to flushing anything other than toilet paper will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Air conditioner and heat are central units. Please keep A/C around 72 degrees or higher and heat at or below 71.

We’re the parents of 21-year old twin daughters and a 17-year old son. I teach special education. We have 3 horses, 4 dogs, & 2 cats.
When you stay with us, you'll have access to all our farm has to offer. Want to pet the horses and give them treats? We'll leave you apples and carrots! We'll respect your privacy but be here for you with any questions or concerns. We love being outdoors but will respect your privacy and space as guests.
