MiksPlace at Air Residence Makati offers a blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities located on the 7th and 8th floor. There are also grocery market, coffee shops, pastry shops and restaurants to explore located at the ground floor of residence.

One queen-size bed and one sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests.
2. Bathroom:
Includes essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a dental hygiene kit.
3. Living Room:
Spacious area with a 50-inch smart TV.
4. Kitchen:
Fully-equipped with a dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and necessary utensils for meal preparation.
5. Laundry:
In-room washer for convenience during your stay.

Holidays: 300 pesos per head
It is open daily from 6AM - 10PM.

WI-FI INTERNET INFORMATION:
100 Mbps internet connection in the unit, which should be sufficient for simultaneous Zoom calls or video calls, as each call typically uses 1-3 Mbps.
Allows for multiple devices to be connected and used for video conferencing without significant issues.
EVENTS / PARTY INSIDE THE UNIT:
After the party, a maximum of 4 guests is allowed to stay overnight in the unit, and they must be registered guests only.
Please be mindful of our neighbors to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
