Room in a home
Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
After walking, cycling, visiting the Royal Welsh Showground or maybe just a short stroll to the local shop or pub, come back to your lovely big room and relax with the beautiful views and complimentary tea and coffee.
After a drive to explore beautiful, un-spoilt Mid-Wales, you'll find plenty of space on the private driveway.
There are plenty of high quality places to eat out, but you can make use of the fridge, toaster and microwave oven in our utility room if you don't feel like eating out.
The space
Our guest room is on the 2nd floor of our home.
Guest access
Your access is via the front door to the property and you have access to the stairs to access your room. There is also a utility room on the ground floor that you can sue with a fridge, toaster and microwave.
During your stay
We will greet you and show you to your room. If you need to contact us with any questions, please send a message. Telephone numbers are in the room.
Other things to note
Our home is a shared space with other guests, and we both work full time. We’d really appreciate keeping noise low in the evenings, especially after 10pm, so everyone can rest comfortably.

Neighborhood highlights
Llangammarch Wells is a peaceful village in the heart of the Mid-Wales countryside. We have a pub at the Cammarch, a 2 minute walk from our house, and a village shop/post office even closer.
We are in the Irfon valley and the bridge over the river Irfon is about 20m away. The river Cammarch joins the Irfon close by too.
We have the Epynt mountain on our doorstep, you can walk there directly; and we're a short trip from the popular Elan valley at Rhayader.
A short walk along the river brings you to the site of the original Spa, and the Lake House Country Hotel and Spa where you can stop for a drink before continuing or returning. The hotel also has a restaurant you can book into, and a spa with swimming pool.
