You will also have access to the property’s shared amenities, such as:
• Swimming pool
• Courtyard and outdoor lounge areas
• Gym
Please note: Access to amenities may be subject to property guidelines and schedules.
Other things to note
Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.
No visitors are allowed for short-term stays, as required by the building administration.
1. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
2. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
3. Strictly no smoking inside the unit.
4. No pets allowed.
5. No parties, events, or gatherings.
6. Paid parking may be arranged for approximately ₱400 per night, subject to availability and condominium policies.
5. Pool access is subject to condominium regulations and applicable fees, if any.
6. Government-issued ID may be required upon check-in.
7. Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.
8. Turn off air-conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the unit.
