Charming and sumptuous, Metanoia Cottage is everything a retreat ought to be. This property was built in 2019 and offers all the luxuries of home, with the added benefit of a tranquil respite. Metanoia Cottage is just a few blocks from the entrance to the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area, and only 2 minutes from downtown Crosby, where you’ll find note-worthy restaurants, cafes, artisan ice cream, antiques, and gourmet provisions.

The space
Inside Metanoia Cottage, a pitched roof, shiplap finishes, and a cozy fireplace create a snug ambience, while large windows showcase the 300 feet of six-foot privacy fencing, providing a refuge for both you and your furry friend(s). The 1400 sq ft of living space is laid out over a single floor. Centered on the open-concept great room and large kitchen, the space comfortably sleeps six. Both bedrooms are artistically decorated and feature queen beds, fine linens, beautiful furniture and a large closet. The third (queen) bed can be pulled from the leather sofa in front of the cozy fireplace where you can recount the adventures of the day.
