This hidden gem features a full kitchenette equipped with basic essentials, including a sink, Keurig, two-burner hot plate, electric kettle, microwave, and a mini fridge with freezer. Inside, you’ll also find a smart TV, a dining/work area for two, a comfortable queen bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub with a bidet. For added convenience, we’ve included a clothing rack with hangers to help you stay organized during your stay.
Whether you’re traveling solo or planning a couples’ getaway, this private studio is the perfect hideaway.

This studio is fully guest accessible. Guests have private access to the entire unit, including the kitchenette, bathroom, living/sleeping area, and all amenities provided. A private driveway is also included for convenient and secure parking. Everything in the space is for guest use, offering a comfortable and self-contained stay.

House Rules:
• No Pets.
• Max Headcount 2.
• Quiet hours 9:00pm - 8:00am
• Must be 25 year or older to book.
• No RVs, Mobile Homes, or Trailers of any kind.
• No Amazon or Personal mail deliveries or Packages.
• No smoking/vaping inside house or around property.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed at the property.
Failure to follow House rules will result in additional fees and/or cancellation of booking with no refund.
Additional Charges for breaking house rules:
• Additional head count $100 (per head added)
• Excess Cleaning Fee $80
• Early Check-in $30
• Late Check-out $100
• Pet Cleaning Fee $100
