General: Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur surcharges. This property is in a locals neighborhood where full-time residents live and work. In efforts to respect your neighbors, no events or gatherings are permitted. We also ask that you keep music and voices down while outside. We suggest that you purchase our travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise. Note: please avoid slamming the door and stomping on the floor and causing noise disturbances for the neighbors below or adjacent to you.
Common Area - Amenities: Pool & sauna are shared with other HOA residents. Children unattended in common areas may result in HOA fines. Swim at your own risk. Pool hours are from 8am-8pm.
Treat it like your home: No moving furniture. Dispose of trash/recycling properly in dumpsters in-between the towers at any time. Note: while another unit is stacked below, it is fully separated by walls and has it's own independent entrance. There are no shared areas.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in the room. Scrape, load, and run the dishwasher or empty all dishes. Trash disposed of. Late check-out must be approved in advance and surcharges apply.
