Guest access
-After booking, you will be asked to complete an online form, where you must provide the full names of all guests staying at the property and the information for any vehicle(s) entering the premises.
-Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, as it is rented in full for private use throughout the stay, except for the storage room, which is for staff use only.

-Beach access to Acajutla is within a short walking distance from the property, via the stairs located next to La Cueva restaurant.
-Vehicle access to the beach is approximately 3–5 minutes away, in front of Marina Nacional.
-El Majahual viewpoint is also within a short walking distance, located next to Acajutla restaurant.
-Up to 1 pet is allowed (maximum 50 lb). Pets must be house-trained, may not get on furniture or beds, and may not be left alone at the property. A refundable pet deposit of USD 50 is required in case of damages or additional cleaning.
-Visitors are not allowed.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. However, smoking is allowed only in open outdoor areas outside the property.
