Our condo is a comfortable and convenient place to stay, perfect for couples, solo travelers, and families. Located near Araneta City, our place is close to events place like Araneta Coliseum, public transportation, dining and shopping districts.
It is a 13sq.meters studio type with one Full Double comfortable bed, one Single foldable mattress and one bathroom.
A comfortable studio unit with internet connection, Smart TV, Game stick, Karaoke and Netflix. Q: Where are you located?
A:We are located in "Urban Deca Towers Cubao" Along EDSA (southbound) cor. Mayor Ignacio Diaz St. Brgy. San Martin De Porres Cubao, Quezon City.
Q: Do you require a security deposit and how much?
A: Yes, A security deposit is required upon check in, in cash or thru Gcash worth 500 pesos. This deposit will be refunded in full after your stay, provided that there are no damages or issues with the property. Please note that the security deposit will be used to cover any damages or losses incurred during your stay, and you will be responsible for paying for any damages or losses that exceed the deposit amount.
Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Standard check in time is 5:00PM and check out is 3:00PM. This is because we need several hours in between bookings to clean the property. However, if possible we may allow for an early check in our late check out subject to availability.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Currently, we do not have any free parking spaces available.
Q: Are basic toiletries provided?
A. Yes, we provide shampoo, soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush, a disposable comb, slippers, and towels. Towels are provided(for 2 pax), but there may be a charge for additional towels . Please note that the charge is [PhP 150] per towel. If you would like to have additional towels or linens, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for them to be provided.
Q: How many guests can your unit accommodate?
A: We can accommodate up to 3 people.
Q: Do you allow visitor's to visit the property?
A: Visitors are not allowed. Only the persons that are written in the guest form can enter the unit.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We love animals, but this unit is pet-free. This policy is in place to accommodate future guests who may be allergic to pet hair. Additionally, the PMO currently prohibits pets in the building.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
