Welcome to MeerZeit – your lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Njivice on the beautiful island of Krk. A place to arrive, relax and feel at home. Perfect for couples, small families and guests travelling with a dog.
Location: The sea, promenade, cafés, restaurants and small shops are just a 300-metre walk away. With private parking right at the house, you can leave your car and enjoy everything on foot.

The space
The holiday apartment MeerZeit is furnished with great attention to detail and a personal touch – bright, cozy and thoughtfully designed.

The separate bedroom offers plenty of storage space thanks to a large wardrobe, making it suitable even for longer stays. The comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) is fitted with new mattresses and made up with Öko-Tex Standard 100 certified bed linen. For individual sleeping comfort, different pillows and duvets are available. The room can be fully darkened with shutters. A standing fan ensures pleasant air circulation, and a cordless vacuum cleaner is also provided.

The bathroom is functional and comfortable. It features a shower with a modern glass shower enclosure, a generously sized electric boiler for a constant supply of hot water, and an electric heater for cooler days. A small washing machine is available for free use, and there is ample storage space for personal items.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for relaxed holiday days. Amenities include a stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, French press, espresso maker, and equipment for filter coffee. The new sofa in the living area can easily be converted into an additional sleeping space for one person if needed.

For entertainment, the apartment offers satellite TV with German channels and free, high-speed Wi-Fi. On warm summer days, the air conditioning in the living area provides pleasant cooling. A roller shutter allows the living room to be fully darkened if desired. Thanks to a mosquito screen, fresh sea air can flow in well into the evening hours.

The spacious upper-floor terrace is a sheltered retreat offering a high level of privacy. It is not visible from the street and is separated from neighboring areas. The view opens onto green surroundings and the bay of Njivice, with no roads or traffic in sight.

Neighborhood highlights

There are several small apartment houses in the neighborhood, which are mainly used by families. The view of the sea glides over the mediterranean gardens with cedar, olive and fig trees. Lavender and rosemary provide the right scent. Sometimes in the evening on the terrace you can hear the chirping of the crickets and the twittering of birds and also soft guitar music from the bars on the beach promenade. Bakery, butcher, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are all within 300 m walking distance.
