This renovated 3 BR/2 BH oasis is 1 mile from the Sinatra residence, close to restaurants, shopping & more. Soak in the sun, the invigorating hot tub or the rejuvenating pool, while gazing at the awe-inspiring mountains & dining al fresco in the private landscaped backyard.

The space
MDDCH is the ideal getaway for those seeking that cool PS vibe. Clean, comfortable and replete (you don't see that word too often) with Smart Technology. There's even a brand-new BBQ in the outdoor kitchen island. A full array of games and puzzles are in the 3rd bedroom closet. Free wifi throughout the house.

Guest access
The entire house is accessible, including the garage where you'll find a washer and dryer. As well as freeweights if you want to get in a little workout. Trying to get some bicycles out there soon.

Heating the pool will require an additional $100 a day.

Neighborhood highlights

In the fashionable and historic El Mirador section near the Palm Springs Wellness Park as well as Ruth Hardy Park. The neighborhood boasts some amazing architecture and was home to many celebrities including Eddie Cantor.

Highly recommend walking around the neighborhood. Head towards Ruth Hardy Park and wonder around the beautiful houses that showcase the beauty of Palm Springs.
