The space
The house is very large and consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms and a single one, two bathrooms and two terraces. Equipped with an anti-theft alarm system.
It is located on the second floor without an elevator but easily reachable.
The living room is large, bright and comfortable with a comfortable sofa from which to enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus and YouTube to entertain even the little ones.
The Wi-Fi is fast and free.
The living room is equipped with a terrace.
You can find an elegant wooden table in the center of the living room suitable for smart working because it is very large as well as for lunches or dinners.
You will have a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with:

The house is fully air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning. Each room has its own air conditioning.
In the bedrooms, everyone has their complete privacy and all the necessary comforts, the sleeping area and the living area are separated by sliding doors.
This apartment in Marina di Carrara is equipped with fully darkening electric shutters on all windows.
There is an internal parking lot available for one car and ample opportunity to find free parking spaces in the surrounding area of the house.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is the ideal accommodation for families, groups of friends, and for business trips, but it is particularly recommended for couples who like ample spaces.
It is located on the second floor of a 3-story building where on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a chartered accountant's office, while on the second floor there is a very quiet family and on the third floor there is an empty apartment.
So you will enjoy complete privacy and there will be no coming and going of other tourists.

Small pets are allowed, but for medium and large pets, it depends on their well-being and needs.
