The studio unit has a balcony, high speed fibr wifi, smart TV, Netflix, hotshower, bidet, induction cooker with set of cooking utensils.
Request for pool access must be registered 3 DAYS in advance. Fee is 100/head/day
Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. Visitor, if any, needs to be registered also for a fee.

This is a spacious studio type unit with balcony with a great view of busy Araneta City.

Access to the fitness center and use of the washing machine are available for long term tenants only.
**Swimming pool is open every Tuesday to Sunday only, from 7am-9pm. Fee is P100 per head. Reservation must be filed 3 days in advance.
Appropriate swimming attire is a must.
