This is Suite 5, one of the independent units of a complex located on the edge of the lagoon. Each suite has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. We have other similar suites on the platform, all on the same grounds, but they are advertised separately. The photos and information here are specific to this unit.
The space
The Mirante da Barra condominium is located on the shores of Lagoa do Saco, in Ibiraquera, 1 km from the center and 3–4 km from the beaches of Rosa and Luz. The place offers a saltwater pool (heated from September to May), wooden decks, a green area with lawn, fruit trees, parking and exclusive access to the lagoon.

Guest access
There is a parking space in a defined, closed and uncovered location reserved for this unit, inside the condominium. If you need another space, you'll need to check availability in advance.
There are many options in the region for hiking or biking trails, as well as good options for water sports, both in the lagoon and in the sea. Remember that combustion engines are not allowed in the lagoon.
We recommend coming by car or motorcycle, as the roads may not be very good, and the transportation app service may not meet all the needs of those who come without their own means of transportation.
Markets, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, sushi, hardware store, etc. are about 1 km away by dirt road in the center of Ibiraquera.
- We do not offer stand-up paddle boards or kayaks for rent.
-The depth of the lagoon can vary greatly according to the opening and closing of the bar, at different times of the year. When open and shallow, it is possible to walk to the sea along its banks in about 20 minutes. But when it is closed, it becomes deep, and its banks submerge.
Other things to note
We only work with automated check-in through passwords. After the time allowed for check-in, the guest has complete freedom of time for their arrival and departure. For this, all requested data must be sent in advance.
For same-day reservations, we request that after confirmation, the arrival time be confirmed via audio call only through the indicated app.
We do not offer maid, cleaning and linen service.
The units are delivered clean and equipped with toilet paper, soap, and bed and bath linens.
We offer towels, sheets and pillowcases for replacement.
The exchange must be requested in advance only during business hours.
Dirty clothes must be delivered in a bag, and we deliver clean clothes. The laundry fee for replacement is R$ 8.00 per piece, the same value for toilet paper and additional soaps.
The pool is cleaned every morning, and its filtration system works on a timer.
It may happen that some dirt falls throughout the day, for this reason a pool sieve is available, for the collection of leaves, small animals etc. that eventually fall into the pool throughout the day.
Remember that the use of any glass object in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Grass cutting and maintenance may occur from Monday to Saturday, a temporary and occasional change of parking space may be requested.
Communication is mainly done here. After confirmation, it can be done through apps.
Phone calls, only in case of emergency by app, or previously scheduled, by phone.
Our phone is blocked for numbers outside the schedule due to the huge number of calls made by robots, spam and pranks.
