This two bedroom ranch style brick home located on a working farm will delight you with its view and open country spaces. Enjoy seeing wildlife such as deer, turkey, and squirrels on the property.

This home is handicapped friendly. All entrances have a ramp, the bathroom commodes are raised, the shower in the main bath is handicapped, and there are grab bars in the necessary places. Equipment available for the handicapped are: Wheelchair, Lift Chair, Rollator, commode chair, walker.

The space
The carport prevents guests from having to get wet or cold when entering the home. Parking is available for one car on the carport and two or more in the drive way. There is no extra charge for parking.

All doorways are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Enjoy the view from the back deck as you relax and enjoy sunset. Enjoy eating and/or cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with mixer, blender, microwave, pot, pans, dish towels, etc.

If you have children, you may a1so request a Pack and Play for your stay.

The home has a new heat pump.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m. unless other
arrangements are made.
