My house is 200 meters from the lake, 300 meters from the historic center of Peschiera del Garda and 3 km from Gardaland. It's perfect for couples, families and workers who can enjoy smart-working a stone's throw from Lake Garda! On foot you can reach the beaches of Peschiera, numerous typical restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, laundry, port, bus stop, train station and rentals for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

The apartment also includes a double balcony.
