Guest access
Guests will have access to almost the entire house and are welcome to enjoy the space as if it were their own home. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces available on the property.

The only area that is not accessible to guests is the **storage room on the second floor near the kitchen**, which is kept locked and reserved for private use.

We kindly ask guests to respect this boundary and enjoy the rest of the house freely and comfortably.

The house has space for **1 car and 1 motorcycle** inside the property.

If you are traveling with additional vehicles, there is **paid parking available across the street at the Soto place**, which many guests use for extra parking. It is easy, close, and convenient.

**Noise & Neighborhood**

MATAKAMI HOUSE is located in a residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evening.

Please keep music and loud activities at a respectful level, particularly after **10:00 PM**, to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

Villa Sunset is Luise, Satria & Kai (our son). We are an Indonesian couple who love to meet new people. Hearing your stories and sharing ours are our passion! We love to play music and all other forms of creativity. We enjoy exploring the untouched sides of our city. Even though Satria is Indonesian, he was born and raised in Brussels, Belgium. Good thing is, he gets to speak 4 languages (Dutch, French, English, Indonesian). Hopefully it can be helpful in some ways! Satria loves to cook, he might even give you a cooking class if desired. Taking nice photographs is also one of his hobbies. You can have photo session in Jogja with Satria if you want with extra fee of 50$ per person for 4 hours (you'll get all raw and 10 edited pics within 1 day, so please bring your HD or Flashdisk with you). I myself is a graduate of Dentistry. But, instead of being a dentist, I work as an singer-songwriter. We do gigs here and there. My stage name as a solo artist is Luise Najib. You can find me on IG @luisenajib or YouTube :D. Singing and writing poems and songs are the things that I do in my spare time. We are most of the time around, but there are times when we get a bit busy with things, therefore sometimes when we are not able to welcome you ourselves, we get help from our partner Dian. Dian is an Indonesian girl who loves traveling, especially exploring beaches in Indonesia (you have to ask her suggestions about beaches!) and meeting new people. She is enthusiastic about new languages and cultures. She also loves watching live music. But I do hope to meet you guys in person and hopefully you'll enjoy Jogja and Villa Sunset to the fullest!
