Mason Manor is a lake-view vacation rental located on the east side of Seneca Lake, at the heart of the wine trail. Centrally located, this home is less than a mile from over half a dozen wineries, breweries, and a distillery and just minutes away from downtown Watkins Glen, the picturesque gorge, and Watkins Glen International. Built in the 1800s, this industrially renovated farmhouse boasts immense history, charm, and modern industrial touches for a welcoming, comfortable stay.

The space
The main floor is excellent for guests with mobility needs, complete with a ramp that leads to the large deck and into the house through wide French doors. A queen size bedroom and full bath with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer set are located on the first floor allowing for a single-story guest experience. The deck overlooks Seneca Lake and an expansive backyard with a newly constructed cedar playground set. The back deck area is complete with a charcoal and propane grill, an 8-person dining table, and an additional lounge area. Once inside, guests are greeted by a hand-poured concrete and lake glass bar and seating area overlooking the lake. A flat-screen smart TV allows guests to stream from their favorite platforms while enjoying the original brick fireplace. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials for a home-cooked meal using the gas range, a newly installed three-rack dishwasher, and a Ninja DualBrew coffee maker with ample settings for every coffee and tea drinker. The upstairs King bedroom offers the ideal spot to unwind and relax with a Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and sitting area. Families will rest comfortably with a full-sized crib, high chair, and baby gate. The upstairs lake-view bedroom offers another opportunity to escape with an electric fireplace, a TV equipped with Chromecast, a DVD player, and movies for all ages.
