Welcome to Mas de Guérin, an authentic 18th-century Provençal farmhouse located in Tarascon, at the foot of the Alpilles Massif!
Nestled in the heart of 10 hectares of fruit trees, the property invites you to a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in the heart of Provence.
With its 300 m², the Mas de Guérin offers 6 suites that can accommodate up to 15 people.
Its secure and green park of 3,000 m² houses a beautiful heated Balinese pool, for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
The space
Outdoors
Private and secure parking, equipped with security cameras, is available for your use. An electrical outlet is also available.
The inner courtyard gives direct access to the farmhouse and pool area. The renovated barn houses a large air-conditioned games room, with billiards, foosball, ping-pong table, darts, TV lounge area and an original water point. The perfect place to share friendly moments with family or friends.
The fully secured park includes a superb 10 x 5 m swimming pool, heated from May to September (and which can be heated before and after this period, weather permitting). Around: sunbeds, umbrellas, bocce court and a large wooded garden. The pool house is equipped with a charcoal Weber BBQ, a plancha and a shaded garden lounge, ideal for memorable summer evenings. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this space.
For added peace of mind, the pool area can be locked, allowing children to play safely in the interior courtyard.
Indoors
Le Mas de Guérin is fully air conditioned (reversible air conditioning) for your comfort in all seasons.
• A warm living room, with original fireplace (non functional) and Smart TV.
• A friendly dining room, around a large bespoke wooden table, seating up to 15 guests.
• A perfectly equipped kitchen: two ovens, microwave, American-style refrigerator, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
• A laundry room with a washer, dryer, hanging rack, ironing board and ironing board.
Rooms
Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200), Smart TV and storage space.
• Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (ground floor): suitable for disabled people, with private bathroom.
• Provence (1st floor): private bathroom and toilet with original design.
• Avignon (2nd floor): family room with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds, private bathroom, communicating with “Nîmes”.
• Nîmes (2nd floor): private bathroom, communicating with “Avignon”.
• Baux-de-Provence (3rd floor): former Provencal dovecote rehabilitated as an elegant room with private bathroom.
• Camargue (independent, in the courtyard): large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, small private terrace.

• Everything you need to accommodate a baby is available upon request
Guest access
You will have access to the entire Mas, with the exception of part of the adjoining barn, currently not renovated.

• Le Paradou: Tuesday mornings
• Maussane-les-Alpilles: Thursday morning
• Eygalières: Friday morning
• Arles: Wednesday and Saturday mornings
Location
• Only 900 meters from many shops (bakery, primeur, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, gas station...). It is recommended to drive there.
• 25 mins from Avignon TGV station.
• 1h15 from Marseille Provence airport.

Included services:
• Linen provided: Bed sheets, bathroom towels and pool towels are included in your stay.
• Long stays: For any reservation of more than 14 nights, intermediate cleaning service as well as a change of linens are offered.
Prohibited events:
Please note that any event with more than 15 people (weddings, parties, birthdays, etc.) is strictly prohibited within the property. ⚠️
You may be asked for an ID, a signed rental agreement, and a security deposit upon arrival.
The security deposit will be returned after the departure inventory, provided there is no damage to the house or its exterior areas.
