Families, Students, and traveling professionals...Welcome Home! The main floor is a bright & open floor plan with a king-size bedroom suite and a private office. On the top level, there is a spacious master bedroom suite along with 2 generous bedrooms and laundry. This home offers an oversized 2-car garage, plenty of storage, a deck for grilling and fiber wifi throughout. Enjoy staying in the middle of it all.

The space
Our property is a quiet end-unit townhome with a private entry. The garage is located on the bottom of the unit, with a concrete pad under the upstairs deck. The main living area, kitchen, dedicated office and one bedroom with a king-size bed are located on the main level. Off the kitchen area, you will find an elevated deck.

Upstairs you will find the laundry room, the master suite with a king-size bed, and two other bedrooms (one queen; the other with a twin-over-full bunkbed) and a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms. We do have a pack-n-play on-site.

There is a community pool located directly across from our unit. This is open from April - October.

We are located 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from the Charleston airport, and about 20-30 minutes from the beach.

Guest access
We have keyless entry on the front door and utilize an app for the garage door that will allow you to set your own unique code and use your phone as your garage door opener.

You can access the inside of the home from the garage as well using an internal staircase.

Neighborhood highlights

The community is a neighborhood made of newer townhouses. While here you will enjoy a community pool (gated for security). A beautiful marsh and wetland run past the community and provides for beautiful sunsets. You are never far from anything. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants and other shops within 5 minutes of driving. A little further out and you will enjoy beaches and ocean side towns. Downtown Charleston is only 20-minutes away. So is Charleston International Airport and premier outlet shopping.
