Experience the charm of Marshmallow Bliss, located on a secluded cul-de-sac lot surrounded by 80’ pine trees. You’ll find yourself waking up to the sound of chirping birds and rustling leaves. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, wineries & breweries. This delightful cabin blends comfort, style & fun, creating the perfect vacation escape. Our cabin was built with family in mind & unlimited gathering spots for all and a separate bunkhouse where children & teens can be separately entertained.
The space
As you step into your home away from home and you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere for chilly evenings. Marshmallow Bliss is charming & modern and accommodates up to 17 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. You can enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table.
The cabin has 4 spacious & cozy bedrooms each with king beds and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The bathrooms feature double vanities and full showers. You will find a dedicated bunkhouse with 6 twin beds and sitting area for kids to play games and watch their favorite show.
Outside, you'll find a super spacious and inviting ambiance of a large, covered patio, cozy seating, warm fireplace, and a large Smart TV – perfect for entertaining. You will also enjoy making delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen araa with a park style charcoal grill, complete with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the fresh air. The deck also features a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or in town.
The surrounding area offers plenty of outdoor activities, explore nature's finest beauty along scenic hiking trails inside Beavers Bend State Park, enjoy boating, jet skis, and more on beautiful Broken Bow Lake, or fish on the Mountain for River! After all, that excitement, refuel yourself by indulging in delicious cuisine from various restaurants, wineries, and breweries!
In the evenings, you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows while gazing at the starry night sky.

during the entirety of the stay.
Guest access
Because of the remote nature that the great outdoors and our cabin provides, most smart phone apps will not properly lead you to our cabin. We will send you a pin 2 days prior to your Check in via Airbnb inbox. Guests will have full private access to the cabin with exception of owners closets and will access via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.
Other things to note
Please note the layout of the beds & rooms prior to booking. The detached bunkroom is not recommended for very young children, its best suited for teens or young adults.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway & the second one is facing the main front door entrance. They are activated 24/7 and record video and sound.
Furniture, decor, and small appliances are subject to change without notice
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Park style charcoal grill at the cabin. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-September to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property exterminated regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters such as beetles, field mice, squirrels, racoons, opossums, flies, wasps, deer, coyotes, moths, and butterflies just to name a few. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us.
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. Please note that not all cellular networks have coverage at the cabin.
Firewood
Hosts will provide a started set of firewood for guests. After that, guests will need to purchase or bring their own firewood. Message us if you would like to purchase additional firewood to have available at the cabin, or you can pick it up in town.
Hot Tub
We offer the use of a 5 – 7 person hot tub. We drain, clean, refill, and treat the hot tub after each check out to ensure a clean and safe hot tub experience for all of our guests.
