Open space concept with kitchen & living room including pullout couch and HD tv. The sitting room is the perfect place for watching the sunset or to enjoy your morning coffee. And a spacious bedroom includes a queen bed. With purchase of amenity cards guests enjoy access to the Island's world class facilities including: beach club pools, custom gym and more.

THE AREA: Guests enjoy incredible marsh views of Bohicket Creek on SEABROOK ISLAND. Beach Access is just a short car ride and Freshfields Village a short bike ride.

Downtown Charleston is 25 miles away.

THE RESORT: Seabrook is an exclusive gated community offering 3.5 miles of beaches, marshes, and hiking trails, along with Beach Club and Lake House Athletic Club.

Beach access is at 10 boardwalks and boardwalk #9 at Sunset beach is the closet to the unit. Most boardwalks have outdoor shower for rinsing off and parking for bikes and cars.

THE SPACE: A fully renovated villa on the 2nd floor overlooking the expansive marsh.

THE EXTERIOR: A neighborhood pool for use during in-season months, along with BBQ, and crabbing dock.

THE LIVING ROOM: Living room includes pull-out sofa and open concept with kitchen and dining. A smart tv with device hookup is provided.

THE KITCHEN: Open concept and equipped with all that you will need for a getaway.

THE DINING AREA: Open and spacious concept.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM: Plush mattress and luxurious linens. Bedroom includes desk and chair and opens to the sunroom overlooking the marsh.

THE BATHROOM: Large glass shower and full vanity.

Please note villa is located on the 2nd floor of building with stairs up to unit.

Property includes access to private shared pool, crabbing dock, picnic and bbq grill area, kayak storage, and charging station for LSV golf carts.

Property is within walking or biking distance to Seabrook Island Lake House, Raquet Club, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfield Village.

GATE PASS/ COMMUNITY REGISTRATION:
The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association manages all gate access and requires registration via their Gate Website. All rental guests are required to complete this process prior to receiving their gate access pass. Instructions will be sent post booking.

Seabrook Island gate pass is required to be displayed in vehicle at all times. First gate pass payment to Seabrook Island is included in booking price. Second guest gate pass is $40.00.

AMENITY CARDS: Please note as members of the Seabrook Island Club we offer the ability to enjoy all of Seabrook's private facilities with the additional purchase of Amenity Cards. All applicable costs can be paid directly to the Amenity Office after reservation.

The Amenity Card allows access to the Beach Club Pool, Lake House Fitness and Pool, and Club Dining. For Golf, Tennis, and Equestrian Center additional rates apply. Only 1 card is needed per day of amenity per family to access facilities.

Amenity Card fee is typically around $50/day or $300/week. Please note these fees can be updated without notice by the Seabrook Amenity Office, and we are NOT responsible for their change in prices.
