Come and relax in this peaceful rural Northern Kentucky home. After a busy day you will be able to cook a full meal and unwind in the covered back porch and listen to the creek run across the street and the birds chirp in the woods.

The space
This quaint home is the perfect place to unwind and recharge while away from home. With two bedrooms including a queen and a king bed. The single bathroom in the home is located within the master bedroom with the queen bed.

Guest access
The property consists of large fenced in yard with the home and back patio area included. A hammock in the backyard has been added, as well as corn hole boards and bags.

Other things to note
The yard is completely fenced in and ready for your pets to run and play while you relax on the covered back porch with gentle solar lighting in the evenings.

Staying in a rural community means more wildlife, farms and mother nature. Many of our neighbors have mini farms and enjoy outdoor recreational activities. You may hear the occasional cow, chicken, or rooster, see a side by side or quad up and down the road, or even neighbors enjoying target practice in the hills on their acreage.

We also frequently have many cyclists utilize our road, for its scenery and terrain.
