The house is located within a gated community in the middle of the cerrado overlooking Serra de Santana, located in Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park. Just 3.5 km from the center of Cavalcante and close to several waterfalls.
Newly built, the house's design is based on wood, glass and steel and was conceived to favor the view of the landscape, the sunrise and sunset. By the way, the spectacular view of the Serra throughout the house makes the stay a unique experience.

Every detail of the decoration was designed to create a cozy atmosphere, combining art and crafts to bring charm and life to the spaces.
A Casa
The house has two floors connected by steps.
-Térreo (PCD Accessible)
Fully accessible, without unevenness, this floor has:
• Bedroom: double bed, bedside tables, racking for clothing, air conditioning, Alexa and Smart TV with open and subscription channels.
• Living Room: Air conditioning, sofa with conjugated bed, armchairs, Alexa, Bluetooth sound, coffee table and side.
• Kitchen: integrated into the living room, equipped with countertop and stools, sink, cabinets, filter, refrigerator, cooktop, airfryer and complete utensils.
• Bathroom: tub, toilet, electric shower, hairdryer and mirror.
• Wide balcony: with nets, seating area (sofa, armchairs, side table and coffee table, sideboard) and dinner table for six people.
-Pavimento Inferior
• Swimming pool: of solar-heated mineral water.
• We do not provide pool towels
• Wooden Deck: with lounge chair, four people table, sink countertop and gas barbecue.
• Space for meditation and yoga: a deck reserved a few yards from the house, ideal for relaxation.
-Infrastructure and Notes
• Wifi available.
• Illuminated garden and presence sensors at the main door.
• Electronic gate in the condo for security and privacy.
• Spring water supplies the house and the pool. In dry periods, the pool can be supplied by the property's artesian well.
• In rainy season, the water may be darker in color due to the natural presence of minerals, but is often tested and safe for use.
• Possibility of power outages in the area.
• Maximum capacity: 4 guests. No extra mats, stalls, or extra accommodations are not allowed. For the fifth guest, it is necessary to bring bed linens, a mattress, and bath towels.
• Nature Preservation: It is forbidden to hunt, to remove plants, to light a fire in the forest or to bring domestic animals.
• Trail safety: if you decide to explore the area, inform someone about your route and return time.
Guest access
The house is located within the FALCON BLACK gated community. The entrance has an electronic gate and a manual one. The gate control will be delivered at the time of check-in.
Access to the house is via an internal road in the condominium. Upon entering, turn right and proceed to house 6, where there is a sign with the message “Welcome.”
Important: the internal road of the condominium is one-way, with counterclockwise circulation.

We accept up to 5 guests upon prior request.
For the 5th guest, it is necessary to bring:
• bed linen
• Bath towels
• Air mattress/play mat
That way, we can maintain the comfort and structure of the house for everyone 🌻
We charge a cleaning fee of R$ 180.00 and provide towels and linens that are changed at the end of the stay
We accept small pets that are well-behaved, do their business outside the house and do not climb on the bed, sofas and armchairs. We ask that you collect the pet's feces and throw it in the trash.
