Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, family vacation or cruise, our home offers comfort & an unbeatable location. Gated and covered parking is available.

The space
The home features a bright, open living and dining area with beautiful views of Puget Sound—the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, relaxed evenings, or simply watching the waterfront come to life.

Sleeping arrangements & bath:
King + Queen + sleeper sofa + 2 full bathrooms make this a comfortable retreat, thoughtfully furnished for a restful night's sleep. Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings easy, especially for families and groups traveling together.

Kitchen:
Cook, snack or settle in for a slow morning in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with new stainless steel cookware, dishes, microwave, toaster, NutriBullet and Keurig coffee maker.

Cruising from Seattle? Our waterfront location makes it an especially convenient home base for Alaska cruise travelers.

Traveling with little ones? Pack ’n Play, high chair and small toys are available, so you can leave some of the bulky baby gear at home.

Please review check-in and check out times.

Please check-in at the building main office/front desk.

Our residential building requires a short guest registration form before arrival. The booking guest must complete the form at least 10 days before check-in and present matching photo ID when checking in with the front desk. We'll send the simple form through Airbnb after booking. A reminder message will be sent. Without reservation forms completed, check-in will not permitted.

📝 RESERVATION FORM
I will share via MESSAGES a link to a form that is required to be completed and signed by you as soon as your reservation is accepted.

Guests MUST complete the reservation form at least 10 days prior to check-in. A reminder message will be sent. Without the completed reservation form, check-in will not be permitted.

The form requires you to provide:

Responsible person (full name)
Guest phone number
Car information (if available)
Responsible person’s signature
Date (required)

🔑 CHECK-IN
During check-in, please provide an ID that MATCHES the “Responsible Person (Full Name)” listed on the reservation form.

CONDOMINIUM RULES TO FOLLOW
🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere in common areas, including hallways, garage, amenities, and balconies.
🧳 Keep hallways, balconies, and other common areas free of personal belongings.

🔒 SECURITY
Never let unknown individuals enter behind you. Everyone must use their own access fob.

🤫 QUIET HOURS
10 PM–8 AM are quiet hours. Keep noise low and be considerate of residents.

🚗 GARAGE
Use the North gate from 10 PM–6 AM.
Speed limit in the garage is 10 mph.
Park within designated lines and always wait for the garage gate to fully close when entering or exiting.

🗑️ TRASH
Use hallway chutes for bagged trash and designated garage bins for recycling/compost. Flatten cardboard boxes before recycling. No littering or throwing anything from windows/balconies.

🏊 AMENITIES
Follow all posted rules and do not remove furniture/equipment. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

🏋️ Exercise Room & Hot Tub: 5:30 AM–10 PM
🛋️ Clubroom: 8 AM–10 PM when not reserved
