Modern, comfortable and cozy, here you have a full kitchen, air-conditioning, swimming pool, smart TV, comfortable beds, 500mb internet, a covered parking space, all brand new!
You'll be steps from the sandy beach and the sea, and it's still close to everything.

The space
Apartment with a new smell.. all new furniture too! It has 1 en-suite with a double bed, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a closet for clothes.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed that opens up to become a double bed, which comfortably accommodates two people. It has an 80% light-blocking curtain.
A planned kitchen, with a duplex refrigerator, microwave, utensils and appliances.

The parking space is suitable for small cars.
