Relax with your family in our space. Our accommodation is quiet and you will be 150 meters from Perequê Açu Beach, you won't need to take the car out of the garage. Morning sun on the balcony and bedrooms. Complete and very cozy, comfortable and safe apartment, all very close to the sea and very close to local commerce. New, fully furnished, with air conditioning, full kitchen, gourmet balcony with a view, in the background, to the beach and a covered parking space. We hope you have a great experience:)

The space
Apartment smells new... all new furniture too! It has 1 en-suite with a double bed, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds, both with air conditioning, a fan and a wardrobe for clothes.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that opens and becomes a double bed, accommodating two more people. It has an 80% blackout curtain.
Planned kitchen, with duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils and other appliances.

Our parking space is suitable for small cars.
