‼️ Kindly take note before booking:
The building does not have a reception desk or lounge area—only a security guard stationed in the lobby. We encourage guests to manage expectations regarding the building and its location, as the main highlight of your stay will be the comfort and features of the unit itself. Please also note that there is no generator in the building, so we kindly ask for your understanding in the event of a power outage.
👤 Visitor Policy
Guests must inform the host in advance if they plan to have any visitors. All visitors are required to sign the logbook upon arrival for the safety and security of all guests and neighbors.
Visitors are allowed only until 9:00 PM. If a visitor stays beyond this time, they will be considered an extra guest, and an additional fee of ₱300 will apply.
These rules are strictly implemented to avoid penalties from the property management, as we have already received prior warnings. Please respect our house rules to prevent any issues that could lead to the loss of our Airbnb/staycation listing.
📋 Check-In Requirements:
The building administration requires a valid ID from the person who made the booking. Please send your ID and also complete the form at your earliest convenience to secure your entry pass.
🎥 Exterior Camera:
For safety purposes, a security camera is installed outside the unit. It only covers the hallway area and does not capture any private spaces inside the unit.
🏡 Long-Term Stay Policies (30 Days):
1. Monthly Rent: Covers the unit, condo dues and utilities (water & electricity) up to ₱15,000 per month.
• Utilities Included: If the monthly utility bills are ₱15,000 or less, there’s no extra charge.
• Excess Usage: If utilities exceeds ₱15,000, the guest will cover only the excess amount.
• Copies of official bills will be provided for transparency.
PS: The ₱15,000 refers to the utilities allowance only. It is not the monthly rent amount.
2. Weekly Cleaning
• The unit will be cleaned at least once per week, at no additional cost to the guest.
• Cleaning ensures the unit remains comfortable, hygienic and well-maintained throughout your stay.
