Private double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom in an apartment shared with me and my two calm and discreet cats. The apartment is located in Opera, just outside Milan, in a green and quiet residential area, just a few minutes from Humanitas, IEO, Scalo Milano, Unipol Forum in Assago, and Arena Dome Santa Giulia — perfect for those seeking comfort and tranquility close to the city.

The room is bright and equipped with free Wi-Fi, portable air conditioning, and a TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The portable AC is available during the warmer months and, like many similar devices, may be more noticeable in terms of noise at higher power levels, while still effectively cooling the room. During milder seasons, the room can be naturally ventilated by opening the windows.

The room features blackout curtains and shutters to ensure optimal rest even during the day. It includes bed linen, blankets, a work desk, a wardrobe, and an iron.

The private bathroom is for exclusive guest use and is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairdryer. Important note: the bathroom is not inside the bedroom but located just outside in the adjacent hallway. The layout is shown in the listing photos.

Guests have exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom and are also welcome to use the shared areas: a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and two balconies.

The area is well served by public transport and allows easy access to Milan city centre, the Duomo, Parco Sempione, and major attractions. Milan Linate Airport is easily reachable by car.

Check-in is by appointment from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Arrivals after 6:00 PM incur a €20 fee and are possible until 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, check-in is not available. Please kindly inform me in advance of your expected arrival time.
