Trestraou beach, 35 m2 flat comprising a bright living room opening onto a south-facing balcony, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the courtyard, a shower room with WC.
2nd floor with lift, secure private parking space, bike room.
Direct access to the region's liveliest beach, with its restaurants and bars, casino, cinema, nautical centre and surf club, the start of the "sentiers des douaniers" and boats depart for the "7 iles" nature reserve.

The space
In a recent (2018), secure residence, this bright, comfortable flat is ideal for a couple or family holiday.
In addition to WIFI connexion, television and radio, there are books, comics, tourist guides, a DVD player with a selection of films and board games.
A pleasant south-facing balcony with a view over the park allows you to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif in the sunshine.
In the bedroom, there are two possible layouts: the two single beds (80x190) installed side by side can be spaced out, while a convertible sofa in the lounge offers a 160x200 bed.
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows, protected by disposable mattress protectors.
Bed linen and towels to be provided or booked as an option: EUR 20 /bed/stay.
In the kitchen: 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine + filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven/grill, crockery for 4 people, tea towel, sponge, washing-up liquid and grocery stock.
Also available: toilet paper, shower gel and cleaning kit.

Other things to note
As this is a furnished rental and not a hotel service, cleaning is not included in the price of the stay.
Please make sure that the flat is as clean and tidy as when you arrived. Cleaning equipment is available (hoover, broom, bucket, mop, sponges, cleaning products, etc.).
However, if you would like us to take care of the end-of-stay cleaning, we can arrange a cleaning service at a cost of EUR 50 in addition to the rental price (to be paid by cheque or cash).
