Your arrival should be as uncomplicated and flexible as possible! A modern key box is available for check-in.
Arrive completely independently: Check-in is possible at any time from 3:00 pm. Since you don't have to wait for a personal key handover, you can easily arrive late in the evening or at night.
Key box code: We will conveniently send you the code in good time shortly before your arrival directly here via the Airbnb platform.
Parking & access: If you arrive by car, simply park it in your free parking space directly in the courtyard. If you come by bus, get off almost right outside the door.
During your stay, the entire apartment, including the balcony, is of course all yours!
Other things to note
Linen set & cleaning: The total price already includes final cleaning and a fresh linen set (bed linens and towels) so that you can feel at home from the very first moment.
Allergy-friendly & no smoking: As this is a highly efficient passive house with automatic ventilation, smoking inside the apartment is absolutely prohibited. Pets are also not allowed in order to protect subsequent guests with allergies.
Garbage segregation & resources: As a modern passive house, sustainability is important to us. We therefore ask our guests to separate the garbage in an environmentally friendly manner during their stay. Appropriate containers are ready for you.
