Welcome to Mapletree Suites! Our stylish, clean, and contemporary 2 bed+2 bath suites are located in a boutique building in Chicago’s booming West Loop neighborhood. Keyless entry, blazing fast WiFi, bright white linens, in-unit laundry, 10ft ceilings, balconies, Italian cafe, host on-site, plus much more! Steps from Target store, parks/athletic field, CTA, and close to United Center, world-class restaurants, loop/lakefront, Med District, UIC, corporate offices and highway network. Book today!

The space
Our suite is in a friendly owner-occupied, impeccably maintained building, and up two flights of stairs or a quick ride in the elevator. You'll walk into a brightly lit living/dining space, open to the kitchen. In the kitchen, you’ll find all of the appliances, cooking and serving ware you’ll need to prepare in-home meals, and adjacent is the closet containing the in-unit washer and dryer. The living room has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and provides direct access through the sliding glass doors out to the large private balcony. Just off the living room is one of two bedrooms with a Queen-sized bed, and across from that, one of the two full baths. At the rear of the suite is the main bedroom, with a Queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The main bedroom has access to another private balcony.

Guest access
You'll have full access to my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (over 1,000 sq ft), as well as the private patio and balcony.

* Keyless entry: no need to pick up or carry around keys during your stay; just enter your host-assigned access code on the keypad
* Garage parking: add-on the convenience of parking in our on-site heated garage (+$25/night). Ask about EV charging!
* Complimentary luggage storage: for day of check-in or check-out, let us know and we’ll make it happen!
* Target store: only two blocks away for all home/personal essentials, grocery, pharmacy, and even a Starbucks Coffee store
* Café L’Appetito: located right downstairs, offers fresh and authentic Italian sandwiches, salads, coffee and desserts!
* Skinner Park: one block away, this beautiful park has a large children’s playground, basketball/tennis courts, a running track and open grass fields
* Chicago Police Academy: located across the street, you’ll see friendly police recruits and faculty training and teaching almost every day.
