Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Purposefully created with wellness and sustainability as the main focus, this cozy cabin features a cedar soaking hot tub, steam shower, cast iron soaking tub, a Sonos audio system, solid wifi, whole-house filtered spring water, a wood-fire pit with skillet and BBQ grill top, and all organic textiles and mattresses. Sauna and cold plunge upon request.

There are 4 bedrooms in Maple. One king, two queens, and two twins. One of the bedrooms is also the basement TV room, with an en suite bath.

The space
Right outside of Asheville, NC, nestled in the forest at 3,000 feet elevation, Maple sits on 60 acres of spring laden private land, that provides sanctuary to a variety of wildlife including bear, deer, turkey, coyote, and fox, among other species. Guests are welcome to hike the property, and upon request, can use the sauna, cold plunge, and visit the farm animals.

Other things to note
An all-wheel-drive or 4x4 vehicle is preferred to navigate the gravel drive up to Maple. If you do not have access to an all-wheel vehicle, please note that with 48 hours' advance notice, we can help with your luggage, but only if reserved in advance and if your arrival is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm to guarantee someone is available to assist. In this case, you would park near the property entrance, and we can assist with your luggage upon arrival and departure.

Please note that only one pet is allowed, up to 50lbs, and there is a $75 pet fee.

Please note that we have a livestock guardian dog, Maisie, the Maremma. She's an amazing pup, truly a special one. But she is a guardian, and has instincts to bark as this is what she's been bred to do (she's never shown any aggression toward a human).

Generally, she's not around Maple, but she does roam a bit and is usually around the common area of the property. If you have a fear of dogs, this might not be the place for you. If you love dogs, then you'll be in pup heaven here.
