The space
Close to Peak n Peak, Findley Lake, Chautauqua Institution. Lake Erie. Close to all the amenities. You'll have no shortage of things to do staying at Bear Ridge.
An abundance of beds and extra bedding that has capabilities of sleeping 19. Two master bedrooms with King beds 3 full bathrooms.
A lounge located upstairs has a flat screen TV *but we suggest enjoying the scenery and being outside.
All your showering needs will be supplied and there is also a washer and dryer located on the first floor if you wish to do some laundry of your own.
All kitchen utensils are supplied to make your stay feel like home, however we do suggest bringing some of your own if you like to cook extravagant meals!
A bar, pool table, and 100 acres of property... you will not be bored for one second of your stay.
Guest access
Please do not park on the grass.
We hope you love our slice of rural paradise, part of its charm is the country road and feeling of really getting away from it all. If possible it’s always easiest to arrive while you still have daylight.
Other things to note
If you plan on throwing a large and loud party, inside or outside, this is absolutely not the property for you.
There will be other guests on the property. There are security cameras throughout the property. If there are any issues or any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors you will be asked to leave immediately no matter what time of day or night. We have a zero tolerance policy.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
The 100 acres property is shared with other guests. There are two neighboring homes that share a driveway. There is also two barns on the property where we host weddings large and small.
Ceremonies could be happening throughout the day and loud outdoor music will not be tolerated out of respect for our other guests.
Keep in mind that the teepee is shared between guests but each home has its own outdoor space, large yard, patio, and fire pit.
