Welcome to Manatee Villa — a peaceful 2-bedroom space just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. This first-floor unit is located in the bottom right corner of the main building (poolside when facing it from the front) and is easily accessed without stairs.
Located within Del Mar Lodging, a family-run property in the seaside neighborhood of Fortuna (Luquillo), this villa offers a quiet and comfortable stay whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely.
The space
Manatee Villa is a cozy, no-frills space with a clean layout and just what you need for a comfortable stay.

▪️ Two air-conditioned bedrooms for a cool night’s rest
▪️ Functional kitchen with essentials for light cooking
▪️ TV with streaming capabilities and a small couch to unwind
▪️ Dining table that seats four
▪️ Towels (bath & beach), basic toiletries, cooler, and iron provided

Fortuna is a small, authentic coastal barrio in Luquillo. It's a laid-back mix of local life and natural beauty. You’ll find families chatting on porches, delicious local eats, and easy beach access just down the road. Some homes show their age, but the community is warm, welcoming, and full of character.
You're also close to Luquillo’s best restaurants, famous kiosks, and the main entrance to El Yunque National Forest.
