Welcome to Manatee Villa — a peaceful 2-bedroom space just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. This first-floor unit is located in the bottom right corner of the main building (poolside when facing it from the front) and is easily accessed without stairs.

Located within Del Mar Lodging, a family-run property in the seaside neighborhood of Fortuna (Luquillo), this villa offers a quiet and comfortable stay whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely.

You’ll find families chatting on porches, delicious local eats, and easy beach access just down the road. Some homes show their age, but the community is warm, welcoming, and full of character.

You're also close to Luquillo’s best restaurants, famous kiosks, and the main entrance to El Yunque National Forest.
