The space
This updated three-level mountain home offers plenty of space and privacy for up to 6 guests, with beautiful views and an ideal location near The Village.
MAIN LEVEL
The main level features an open kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and large windows overlooking the mountains. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views.
The fully stocked kitchen is set up for guests who actually want to cook, with a slow cooker, blender, rice cooker, food storage, drip coffee maker and coffee grinder, plus cooking basics. We provide coffee filters and a starter selection of coffee, tea and other welcome treats.
A mudroom at the entrance provides convenient storage for skis, coats and mountain gear, with games available for nights in.
LOWER LEVEL
Two private bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, individually controlled heat and mountain views.
This level also includes a full bathroom with tub/shower and private in-unit washer and dryer.
UPPER LEVEL
The loft-style third bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and beautiful mountain views, along with a second remodeled full bathroom.
Both bathrooms are stocked with shower essentials, and we provide plenty of towels and linens for your stay.
LOCATION
Walk about 5 minutes to The Village for restaurants, shops and the gondola to Canyon Lodge. The shuttle stops just outside the complex, and Canyon Lodge is only a short drive away.
Easy parking is directly in front of the unit, and guests also have access to the community hot tub, sauna and game room.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire three-level condo, including the balcony and in-unit washer and dryer.
You’ll also have access to the community hot tub, sauna and game room with pool table, located just a short walk from the condo. From your front door, head down the stairs and continue straight, with the condo buildings on your left and trash dumpsters on your right. The complex office will be directly ahead. From there, follow the directions and use the access code provided in your Welcome Guide to reach the hot tub, sauna and game room.
Parking is easy and located directly in front of the unit. The town shuttle stops at the entrance to the complex, and The Village and gondola are about a 5-minute walk away.

PETS & SMOKING
No pets and no smoking are permitted.
Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb policy. Because this is an HOA-managed community, we appreciate guests traveling with an assistance animal contacting us before arrival when possible so we can provide any relevant property information.
QUIET HOURS
Community quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
CHECKOUT
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you need additional time; late checkout may not always be available due to our cleaning schedule.
Before leaving, we ask that you start the dishwasher, empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash in the designated dumpsters.
Late checkouts may be subject to a $25 fee. If dishes or excess trash are left behind and require additional excessive cleaning, a $40 fee may be assessed.
MOUNTAIN TRAVEL
Mammoth is a mountain environment, and winter weather can change quickly. Please check road and weather conditions before traveling and come prepared for seasonal driving requirements.

Neighborhood highlights
We are a 5 min walk from village, off of Lakeview Blvd. There’s a sign for Mammoth View Villas on the street. You will turn off Lakeview there. Please note there’s also a sign for the racquetball units; They are red. When you turn into driveway off Lakeview the unit will be straight ahead cream and black units (pass through the red units, to Mammoth View Villas and #11 is directly on your left.Just passed the red units you will see the cream and black condos/duplexes. We share one wall with another unit, this unit is currently not a rental and rarely occupied. The complex is a circle, with the spa/office at the opposite side and the trash bins in between. We are about 5 minutes from the village, you pass the Westin and cross the street to the village. The complex is quiet, quaint and provides privacy. The units are well located being so close to the village but just far enough to stay quiet during festivals. The shuttle/bus access is on Lakeview, right outside the driveway.
