Modern luxury throughout this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Feel cozy & at home w/ beautiful views. Unbeatable location: 5-10 min walk to village, 2 min drive to Canyon lodge, shuttle stop at driveway. Fully stocked designer kitchen has everything you need. Gas fireplace w/ large views in living room. Every bedroom has very comfortable beds & views. Balcony, easy parking + jacuzzi on property. In accordance w/ HOA, no pets. We have 2 listings available very close by one another if more space needed.

The space
All three floors of this private condo are yours: you will enter to the main floor: mud room with ski racks in entry way, kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining room and balcony. (games are stocked in mudroom)

The location is great. Just a few minute walk down to the village: restaurants, shopping and weekend festivals. You have a shuttle stop right at the driveway entrance. You can drive up to Canyon lodge in 2 minutes, Yosemite is 40 minutes away door to gate. The complex is quiet, parking is easy.

Downstairs has two king bed bedrooms and one full bathroom with brand new tile shower and tub. Both bedrooms have a view. The laundry unit is located in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms have thermostats with privately controlled heaters. Both bedrooms have smart T.V's.

The top floor/loft has a fully remodeled tile bathroom and beautiful Mountain View, with queen bed. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Open living room that’s open to dining area and kitchen, patio is off living room w/ large mounted TV- great for a family to spread out for game night or watch a movie. Cozy up in front of the fire place for a romantic night in.

The unit offers privacy for up to 6 people. Brand new custom kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you could need and new appliances. Cook dinner and enjoy time with your family or friends in this open layout.

The unit has new hard wood floors throughout. The laundry downstairs in the unit is fully private. The mud room has hanging for skis, coats. Great layout for fun gatherings that allows privacy.

The entire unit. Community jacuzzi, sauna, pool table and additional community laundry room if needed. Parking is directly in front of unit. Shuttle stop to mountain is just outside the driveway on the street. Walk to the village in 3 minutes, take the gondola from the village. 5 minute drive to canyon, right up the street. Very central location with close, convenient access to town entertainment, dining and ski lifts. Check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 10AM.

Other things to note
No pets, no smoking. If you have a service animal, our HOA requires advanced notification. We also charge a dog fee deposit for service animals.

Checkout is at 10am. There is a $25 late fee for late checkouts.
We ask that you start the dishwasher before leaving. If dishes are left a $40 dish fee will be assessed.
We also ask that you empty the fridge and remove all trash. If excess trash is left a trash fee of $40 may be assessed.

Neighborhood highlights

We are a 5 min walk from village, off of Lakeview Blvd. There’s a sign for Mammoth View Villas on the street. You will turn off Lakeview there. Please note there’s also a sign for the racquetball units; They are red. When you turn into driveway off Lakeview the unit will be straight ahead cream and black units (pass through the red units, to Mammoth View Villas and #11 is directly on your left.Just passed the red units you will see the cream and black condos/duplexes. We share one wall with another unit, this unit is currently not a rental and rarely occupied. The complex is a circle, with the spa/office at the opposite side and the trash bins in between. We are about 5 minutes from the village, you pass the Westin and cross the street to the village. The complex is quiet, quaint and provides privacy. The units are well located being so close to the village but just far enough to stay quiet during festivals. The shuttle/bus access is on Lakeview, right outside the driveway.
