The space
This 500 s. f. condo is a modern remodel with a King bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outside deck, stylish decor, 65" QLED 4K Smart TV with Home Theatre Surround Sound System (sound bar, subwoofer, and two rear surround sound speakers). The TV has apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+ that you can log into with your account. We do not offer cable. Great lighting, a romantic built in linear electric fireplace and ceiling fan for added ambience and comfort. There is also a single sofa sleeper for a third person, and two swivel rocker recliners for elevating the legs after a long day of hiking, cycling or skiing. Light and airy with two sliding glass doors that open from main living area to the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, such as Crate & Barrel dishware, all utensils, pots, pans, and bake ware . We have two types of coffee makers (Kuerig single pod style, and a regular drip coffee maker,) a tea kettle, blender, crock pot and toaster. We do not supply coffee.

Shorten your Schlep - includes a ski locker at Canyon Lodge so you don't have to schlep your gear back and forth. It is nice to hit the locker throughout the day for extra layers, food etc. It accommodates skis, snowboards, boots and extra layers. Since we supply a locker we prefer that skis and snowboards remain out of our condos. This complex is directly on the Green shuttle line to Eagle Ski Lodge, and one block away is the Red line to Main Lodge or to the Village and jump on the Village Gondola up to Canyon Lodge.

Outdoor barbecue/picnic are during summer. Barbecues are located on the premises and are equipped with propane. Sorry, personal bbq's not allowed on our balconies.

Other things to note
NO PETS - $300 fee If an emotional support animal occupies the condo there will be an additional deep cleaning fee of up to $300 to return the space back into a clean low-allergen environment. My husband and daughter have extreme allergies and asthma, and we promise our guests a clean, pet-free, low allergen environment. In addition, Emotional support animals are not to be left alone in the condo. If this is discovered, guest will be asked to immediately vacate the premises. Owner occupies the place next door and is available if you have any questions or concerns while occupying the condo.

Our place is equipped with a Ring security camera on the front door and the back patio entrance for your safety and security as well as that of our complex residents.

Neighborhood highlights

This unit is located in popular Mountain Shadows Condominiums Complex which is close to bike trails, running trails, child play park and fishing stream. Mammoth Lakes is a great town with so much to offer to people who like to spend time in the mountains. Winter has the ski resort, but summer here is amazing. Mammoth has many events in town on weekends, and the beautiful lakes basin for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, climbing... There is also golf, tennis, the mountain bike park and incredible road cycling as well. During the fall, the colors are spectacular if you are in to photography.

My husband and I enjoy the San Clemente lifestyle and have raised our children there, yet are also drawn to the Eastern Sierra, for great year round outdoor activities. My husband being a skier and I a snowboarder, we bought A4 thirty years ago when our first child was born. As the kids grew, we bought the 2nd, across the hall, and then the 3rd larger one. They've been great for family getaways, hope they'll do the same for you.
