Welcome to L'Escale, this little slice of heaven that was the cradle of my childhood! The house is in a quiet location, less than 500 m from the beach!!!

The space
For an easy stay, this family home includes:
- A living room with kitchenette and lounge area with TV
- Night rooms accessible from the living room and giving access to the first bedroom with a double bed (in 140*190), the shower room and the second bedroom in a row (with two pull-out beds in 80*190). Both bedrooms have a closet/dressing room
- Separate WC

The exteriors are fully enclosed.
In front of the house (west side) the courtyard allows you to enjoy a small living room. Behind (east) enjoy a garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue and sunbed, also with an outdoor shower.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire place.

Other things to note
- Possible arrival from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (outside these hours on request, a supplement may be requested)
- Check-out before 10 a.m. (possibility of late check-out on request, a supplement may be requested)

The linens as well as the end of stay cleaning are not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons we want to leave everyone the choice to take their own sheets, towels and clean upon check-out.

Please let us know when you book. The request for linen rental must be made at least 7 days before arrival in the rental (duvets and/or blankets and pillows are available on site). The end of stay cleaning request must be made no later than 72 hours before departure. From July 1 to August 31, no cleaning orders can be made after your check-in. If booked less than 7 days prior to arrival, linen rental and cleaning requests may be accepted subject to availability.

Electric vehicle charging is not allowed (charging points are near the listing).
